This week, I’ll be sharing footage from an epic evening on the California Delta, where my son Nate and I experienced some of the most exciting fishing of the year.

Everything you’re about to see happened in roughly a two-hour window just before dark. It was one of the best topwater bite windows I’ve experienced in many years. Good numbers, big fish, explosive strikes, and more excitement than you could ask for.

And the best part? It’s all on film!
