Early Spring Bass Fishing – The Irresistible Blade Bait 🎣

Another cold winter day here in CT but I wanted to see if I can catch a fish, a small or large mouth bass, on my old time favorite cold water bait, the blade bait.

The blade bait really shines when the water is cold, starting from late fall all the way through early spring. It catches numbers but it also catches big ones too. I landed several big old bass on the blade bait during the cold winter months.

I like to fish the blade bait on medium power and moderate fast spinning rod.

My personal favorites: old fashion silver body (classic blade bait), Damiki Vault, Megabass Dyna Response, 6th Sense Slice Bait

Winter bass fishing can be super one.
