Early Spring Bass Fishing (Are the Bass SPAWNING Yet?)

On this trip, I set out to see if the bass were starting their spawn. Initially, I thought they’d still be staged away from the banks. But as I worked along the shoreline, I discovered they were already moving up, preparing to bed. That surprise paid off—I managed to hook a few on topwater!
