Great advice as always. Problem is that I really like to throw everything in my arsenal until I find what they're biting on. I want to do what you suggested and will try it out Monday and Tuesday. Gonna be hard though.
Just subbed after watching this. Like the simple tips and attitude. I’m trying consciously to simplify my life in general. I fish for my pleasure and to be outside in nature. After hunting bass for 55+ years, I’m now on “The Giant” pursuit. Seeking only 5lb’ers and up. I’ve upsized my baits and rods. Not catching the numbers I’m used to catching, but I have been getting larger bites. New PB last June on a buzzbait. Love topwater fishing. Thanks for sharing this approach & mindset. Dude such great advice. I'm glad you went over when to use a 3/8 and when to use a 1/2 oz jig. I’ve been smashing them lately on a 3/8 oz Texas rigged stick bait. Keep up the great content!
