Do you honestly think a bass looks at this and thinks it's a chicken? Bass are reactive. They'll strike at a topwater that looks like a turd if you work it right. Good grief

You need to drain that thumb. Heat up a paper clip with a match, melt the thumbnail and release the pressure. You’ll feel much better.

This time it was a topwater frog using your tips on widening the hooks and trimming the legs. Frog fishing has become very successful for me! Your videos have provided great advice! Thanks again!

If I had ever showed up with a "Fishin Chicken" in my tackle box back in the day, my fishing buddies would have laughed me out of the boat! But you've shown us that presentation and technique trump traditionalism almost every time. Next time I get to go out I'm gonna try the most outlandish lure I can find, just to see if watching your videos has improved my stuff.
