Disaster Strikes on Day 1 of Toyota Championship on Wheeler Lake!

Made it to the Toyota Championship in my first year as a Co angler. Had to go into this tournament blind due to traveling. We fished shallow on the river but the area we fished had the water dropped the night before . I caught one bass on a shallow crankbait right at the bridge but it was a grind. Only had 4 keepers and the live wells clogged and killed 3 of my 4 fish. The boat sucked up mud and blocked the circulation in the live wells. Tough day but was a beautiful day on the water.
