Im guessing the same thing about the commercial license thing. I watch some commercial fishing youtubers fish for stippers and the rules are different for them. They can keep fish larger than 31inches. Those Massachusetts bass boats catch hundreds of pounds of large stripers every single night
I think fishing is the same when losing licenses..I know hunting if you lose rights in the 5 states I hunt you lose in all others and can’t hunt legally anywhere til unbanned..
