Well I guess $60 is not really too bad for getting a non-resident 3-day fishing license in Arkansas LOL so I guess you'll probably never try and come to Oklahoma to go deer hunt hahaha non-resident hunting license in Oklahoma is last I checked over $300 as far as that goes I have no clue how much a non-resident Arkansas hunting license would be even though they do have a bear season at the start of the year that runs through September and the first part of October
