Culling Crappies for Big Bass Lake. Using the Z-Man Micro WormZ, I am slaying the crappies and even bluegills during the mid fall. The purpose of culling crappies is to reduce the voracious predator that swims in hordes. I mean you guys see how much crappies I catch! Given that it’s a catch and release fishery, it allowed them to grow in HUGE massive amount of numbers. This season, I will cull about 2-3 dozen of crappies each trip I go fish at my buddies lake. Yes this means less crappies for me, but I hope we can break a 6lb bass by doing so next year in 2025! Stay tuned for more culling videos using various techniques, lures and hopefully a 6-7lb bass!
