Croton Dam Fishing Fails (But the Day Was Epic!) | We Learned to Cast the Right Way

Today with Miller Fishing Company, we headed to Croton Dam to try our luck—starting with a mission to find bait and tackle (spoiler: most stores were closed). We finally found a hole-in-the-wall shop, got set up, then realized we were fishing on the wrong side of the dam. We tried again, hiked the dam’s base, soaked in the views and waterfall, and even filmed a quick casting skit—let’s just say my “cast responsibly” lesson got taken a little too literally 😅 (fake ear, all jokes). No fish on this trip, but we still made it a great day with good vibes, ice cream, and a lot of laughs—because fishing is better than a good day at work.
