I needed this video!! As always thank you Randy! – Landon Sweeney
😮 Randy, you are certainly telling the Truth as usual. I love your videos.
For some reason, I have trouble trying too join your program. I'll try again
Bass fishing is definitely not the toughest sport have u ever done motorcross? That's a real sport
I don't think that fine line is the experimentation.
I think the fine line is time.
Any one of us, if we have enough time, enough days to go out on the water, we will all end up trying something different if what we're doing is not workin.
The problem is most of us, I believe that I'm right on this, most of us don't have several days on the water as we wish.
You have touched on this topic before Randy, a lot of guys with families and jobs or that are self-employed or something like that, don't have as many days as they could to go on the water. Therefore, experimentation is not a priority.
If you only have a few hours on the water, you want to try something effective that will catch fish.
A few hours on the water here and there just doesn't give you enough time to not only try something different, but process how it works different from other techniques.
Great video. You're 100% right. I would say the top 10% of the guys are the ones who are always adjusting. The rest of them just go down the bank throwing the same thing and hoping a fish will react to it. The other thing is most guys (even the ones that adjust) wait too long to adjust. I include myself in this. I try to look at the clock all the time to make sure I'm not fishing a certain bait for more than 15 minutes in an area that I'm confident in, and even 15 minutes is too long lol.
What I’ve always thought is the craziest thing about pro bass fishing is the fact that the winners sale only collect a couple hundred thousand dollars or less for the classic or 300,000 whatever it is but in a lot of other pro sports is counted in the millions, just for throwing a ball with all the money that the tech companies in the boat manufacturers make not even talking about all the tackle, the winnings should be a lot higher and I’m sure a lot of people would agree with that
I change what I'm using until I catch something
God only knows
I cross it every time 🤷♂️
