I had an absolute blast meeting a new angler once again on the water at a local reservoir!

I wanted to showcase “FourSeven” lures once again! I headed out in the middle of the day and started with the 3 inch jerk minnow in “Carolina Pumpkin” color. I landed 4 small bass right off the bat with that small and finesse presentation.

I had some larger baits from “FourSeven” and decided to tie on a 7 inch Corkscrew Crawler
in “Watermelon Garbage” with an off set worm hook! I figured the really small largemouth bass
would ignore it, and it would put me in the hunt for the bigger ones!

I had given a few baits to my buddy that I had just met. You see me in the video running to him when
he caught his first ever bass on “FourSeven”! After he landed his fish, I got one that was significantly larger than my first four! I was moving in the right direction! We had clearly found an edge of the weeds casting way out and had a presentation that was working (that I talk about in the video).
After a few more minutes, I got a big one! It was one heck of a fight and that fish measured about 17 inches! My guess was right around 3 pounds!

We had an absolute blast on the water. It was mostly sunny skies, around 75 degrees, and middle of the day!
