Cold front rolls in and all the bites shut down—one jerkbait, one cold front, and one confused fisherman….let’s see what happens.

Video Recap:
A cold front had recently just passed through even though on this particular day it had warmed up. The fish were suspended deeper than I had anticipated and the wind was extremely calm. They also seemed to be hiding around rocky structure. In hindsight, it makes sense the deep-diving jerkbait silent was the best performing lure this day. They were not biting the crankbaits (including lipless), chatterbaits, glide baits, or any other soft plastics/jigs on this day in particular.
