Clear Lake Bass Fishing Report – Late September

🎣 Clear Lake Fishing Report – September 18th and 19th 🎣

I spent two days out on Clear Lake this past week. Fishing mid lake and the North part of the lake. I found success cranking a shallow diving crankbait around rock, throwing a spinnerbait around break points and a shaky head around docks. Its the time of year where you have to cover a ton of water and stay ready for a big time. The bite window definitely seemed to come in the afternoon with a small flurry in the morning. Overall its feast or famine right now. It appears the bass are quite in their fall patterns just yet. Good luck out there!

Morning: 55°F | Afternoon: 95°F

Clear skies all day, no cloud cover

Light north wind (2–8 mph)

🌊 Lake Conditions:

Water temp: 70 – 73°F

Water clarity: 1 – 3ft

🎣 Fishing Report:

Total fish caught: 15 bass (2 – 4 lbs each)

Solid day for numbers and consistent bites
