The video today takes place on Cherokee lake in early April. Spring is a great time of year to target smallmouth bass in all stages of the spawn and typically smallmouth will be active, feeding, and aggressive this time of year. The key today was targeting flat rock areas that connect with steeper rock transitions on the main lake.

Where do you buy the micro ledge heads?
What camera are you using for your videos and what set up are you using for your audio?
pretty sure every jaw is snapped in this video… no reason to hold them like that without supporting the body.
Hey Ryan! It’s my first time to Cherokee lake. Well it’s my first time to Tennessee all together. We are camping north end of the lake (fall creek). Have any tips? Thanks
What are they hitting in the spring time? I have finished cinkos, rattle baits, top water plugs, all kinds of stuff and I can’t even get a bite.
Great video as always Ryan, keep up the good work my friend. P.S. What was the morning water temp that day?
What tips would you give me for Douglas this weekend
Enjoyed it sir!!
The FLW was out there this week and every body was killing it . I think a jig and trailer is what won the tournament .
