Catch Bass After Everyone Else.

Some bass are easy to find. The hard part is getting them to bite.

In this video, I’m targeting pressured bass holding tight to cover from the bank. These are the fish that have already seen lure after lure from other anglers and stopped chasing.

Instead of fishing faster or covering more water, I slow down and rely on one of Japan’s most trusted finesse techniques: a weightless wacky-rigged Flick Shake.

Using light spinning tackle, the goal is simple—put the bait exactly where the bass lives, let it fall naturally, and fish it patiently. This is a classic example of how Japanese finesse can help solve one of the biggest problems in bass fishing: getting pressured fish to commit.

If you fish from the bank, pressured ponds, reservoirs, or neighborhood lakes, this approach may help you catch bass that everyone else leaves behind.

Thanks for watching!
