Great video randy as always! Thank you!
On lakes with alot of standing timber, an 8-10" Bull Worm on a magnum shakey head…you're welcome! Gotta get me some of those shaky heads Randy suggested..like the looks of it
Randy, when you discuss how to rig the hook point, I was expecting you to skin hook the "side" of the worm (like you do with so many other worm rigs), so I'm curious as to why you didn't on the shaky rig. Would you mind sharing why you still pierce the middle of the worm on this set-up? Thanks!
David Dudley's Perfection Shakey head is the best! It consistently stands up all the time giving you that trigger bite.
Those heads aren’t tungsten
I think all spotlighters should be sponsored by Viagara…….

Good video!: but when i throw 1/16 oz on my Shaky head setup, I can't feel bottom when I fish more than 5 ft deep
Randy, awesome tackle/shop/gym/garage!
I’m just curious. So many anglers prefer their plastic worms straight etc. What if you present a crooked worm? Like I don’t see how it can be wrong too. Just some to think about.
"Oh my head, My shaky shaky head" Why does a Billy Ray Cirus song pop in my head every time I see shaky head…LOL. I love site fishing with shaky heads. Pitch a few feet past the bed, drag it in and start to shaking……..Good call Randy. More good stuuf friend.
Its sad how you had to say "used to be won on a shakey head" guys out there on the water looking like ostriches with their heads stuck down in that screen lol. Also a shakey head with a trick worm is my all time fave bait to use i use the buckeye shakey head the push on head not the screw
Thanks, Randy, I ordered a couple of packs through your TW affiliate link; appreciate the content, as always. Every tried rigging a mosquito stinger hook toward the end of your trick worm on the shaky head set-up? If so, any success?
Great video, thanks Randy!
I am gonna lose 5 a day in the rocks anyway….I might as well try this style😅
I'll have to give those a try. Have never had a problem with the screw lock but always looking for new things
My buddy invited me to go to orange lake here in central Florida. I normally saltwater fish but this weekend I'll be bass fishing in a kayak so hopefully you're tip will help hook a brother up this weekend. Thanks Randy!
I use the zoom magnum finesse green pumpkin 95% of the time. I really like the Berkeley Fusion shakey head
lost four key fish in a tournament on them screw heads before lunch. ripped off the screw& just rigged em- won the tournament with over 19 pounds. That gamagatsu head looks like the deal- I'll have to pick up a few paks.
Great info as always!
Thank you! I enjoyed it. Love me some shaky head action.
snowin' today: 60's next week. Yeah, gonna be worm time soon!
Been fishing near my entire 40 years on this earth and havent ever really committed a lot of time to Shaky Heads. I dont know why, just not one of those "confidence baits" we always seem to be drawn to on though days. Thanks for the tips, I'll start focusing on using these more!
Thanks Randy! Very timely snd informative. I have some of those football screw heads. I’ll try these.
My first entry was denied for edited pic. Caught a good size one last night on a spinnerbait, 17.50. And denied because I edited in the tournament number.
