CA Delta Bass Fishing … 4th week of March … They biting?

Since the storms the delta has been tuff to even get a bite, but I kept going out to see when it will turn back on out there. The water is still muddy but the water is warming up into the lower 50s now. We managed to get 2 little stripper and a large mouth bass the next day. It can only get better from here i hope.
