Have the beer at the end of the day and off the water.
When was a guide I had a strict no booze on the boat policy.
I literaly cancelled and refunded a clients money if he tried to bring booze on board.
It just does not mix when you are out 20-25 miles offshore and you have drunk clients who can get rowdy and violent.
Plus I have seen drunk fisherman fall over board. SHARK BAIT!
