Thanks for your video. Brook trout one of the best if not the best eating trout
That fish looked soooo good, get another one of those logs and wrap a potato in foil and throw it in the middle while ur fish cooks on the top , could also do a pan with cookies and foil the top and let them bake
Nothing will stop us from fishing. Fishing is the best medicine for sickness 🤣. nice video bro.
Amazing fishing. Next if you show us you filleting the trout from the start to the end of the cooking process would be awesome.
Absolutely beautiful trout!
If i had ponds like that with trout i would be there all the time.
Too sick to fish is truly sick.
I hope you have now fully recovered.
Brookies are one of my favorite fish – beautiful and tasty too.
Another good one! And of course the trout looked delicious too.
You give me good ideas on how to catch fish better! Keep it up!
🤙🏼
Those log stoves are bomb! Hammer three nails in the top (or use little rocks) to balance your fry pan above the vent hole. For ideal lighting use a stick to push some pine needles and birch bark down the top hole then light it from the bottom center. Blow air in the side vent forcing your flame out the top. To prevent outside burning splash some water or wet snow to dampen the wood. You got this!
Get well man hey the log thingy that was different 👍
Contact Zach Fowler for a jaw jacker type fishing gear.
Great video!
Blow from the hole you light on fire, the top is the chimney and cooking surface. 3 stones or nails will work to keep your pan up off the log so it can breathe.
Awesome stuff! 👌 😊
That log stove was pretty kool i should try it one of these days thanx for the new video take care glad your feeling better.
Try House Autry seafood batter it's the best for trout !!
Always enjoy your videos, but how do you stay out there with no gloves on your hands? Man you're a tough kid! Saw those logs the other day. Wondered how they would work. Thanks for the demonstration! Stay well.
I drink beer and watch your videos! Love it!
What ice rods u useing ?
They have jaw jackers at Scheels If you have one
Put 4 nails in the top of the log to keep the pan off the log.
First of fish of the year was something tasty and hope you would recover fully soon.
Love ur vids man, I started fishing because of you !!!! Thank you man I mean it
Brooke trout like shallow water in the winter max depth I ever target them in the winter is 12ft deep I get them anywhere from a ft to 12ft
Beautiful fish. Laying here in bed recovering from the same crap you had. Getting on the road to Prosser Res by Truckee, Ca tomorrow. Great vid as usual. Thanks!
Glad your feeling better. Make sure you don't say the word covid anywhere in your videos or youtube will not pay you for your video. Seems kind of strange but they are being dumbasses about it. Nice catch and cook. Think I will pass on one of those log things though lol
You can make a jaw jacker for way cheaper than buying one..out of pvc pipe or even wood
when i lived in alaska
u should try trout with salsa i tried it with king salmon when i lived there it was good
We're you able to remove the butt hook from him before release.
👍
What a dumb product design 😂
Nice video , Blow from the bottom hole of the Log so the flames burn up into the middle hole and put rocks on top of it to set your pan on next time .
