Big Winter Whiting Have Arrived, Fishing Off Metro Adelaide, South Australia

In this episode, I head out from North Haven for a late afternoon fish in search of some winter whiting. With the cooler weather rolling in, the big winter models should be pushing into the metro waters off Adelaide — and I’m keen to find out!

I start by chasing a few squid for bait (because fresh is best), then make my way to the whiting grounds. It turned into a ripper session, with plenty of solid winter whiting hitting the deck.

I think it’s safe to say: the winter whiting have arrived and they’re ready to play.
