In this video I am at Lake Lanier in early November fishing for bass when I hear a fish take some bait off of the surface behind me. I cast my trusty topwater out and the surface explodes with a big fish, make sure to watch until the end! On this day there is rain and generally nasty conditions, but that doesn’t mean the fishing will suffer. Follow along and see how I go about figuring these fish out. Watch until the end! Last week was in the right place at the right time. On two different days was on the south end fishing for spots and with out warning strippers started breaking the surface all around the boat and each time lasted about 30 minutes. Was lucky to land 5 first day and 4 the second day. All 7 to 15 pounds. Had never seen anything like it. It was was amazing

Great catch! Had my first (ever) stripper Friday while trolling, but he came off right beside my kayak. Bait balls were everywhere.
