These two days were great for bass fishing and pike fishing on the kayak. On this episode of HJL, I fish my home lake for bass and pike on the kayak. The first day was a little slow but very nice fish caught. I caught my biggest pike yet, about close to 40 inches a very big pike in my area, also some really nice size bass were caught too. The second time I went out the bass fishing was much better. I caught a good amount of bass and good size ones too. The fishing technique I was using to catch bass and catch pike were fishing finesse jigs once again. This is a great fishing technique to catch bass and pike up north. Overall, the kayak bass fishing and kayak pike fishing were great on these two days!
