no limit in spear fishing?
Not taking slots, taking the breeders…As of July 23, 2024, the limit for keeper striped bass that can be speared in Rhode Island is one fish per person per day, and they must be between 28 and 31 inches long. Rhode Island is one of the few states that allows spearfishing for striped bass.
