Great episode Hilary, that first little lake was pretty productive, Broward County has so many little lakes and canals that are holding some huge bass. In the 10 years that I lived in Ft. Lauderdale I have caught and released 14 bass that were over 10 lbs. and caught hundreds in various sizes. If you want to target large peacock bass, Lake Osborne in West Palm Beach is the place…..

Any ideals on fishing small pond but fish get spooked so easily tho. I mean if they see you and or hear you or just know your there they will not bite. Now my friend thru out a worm and no bites and well I needed some help so he thru out and left his pole and bait out in the water and started walking off to help me but then lol then idk maybe like eight to ten feet away from his pole as he was coming to help me the whole pole started to go into the water and omg the fish he cought was unbelievable and everyone said nothing but turtles in this small pond but not true not at all anyways just very hard to fish cause very easily spooked and I think reason he cought it is cause he walked away but I mean him and I both catch em here but not often and definitely not more then one at a time. This is his fish as he walking away. Got to figure out how send pic lol.
