Frog fishing is one of the funnest ways to catch largemouth bass. It’s the best bite you can get on. It’s great to fish around grass, docks and other types of cover. The fish blowups are great to watch, as big bass absolutely try to kill and destroy a topwater frog (there are aggressive bass bites, to say the least). Bass eating a topwater frog is vicious! Also, there’s no wrong time to fish a frog, as long as the water temp is in the upper 50s. There are 2 main types of frogs that FLW Pro Bryan Thrift throws:
Buzzing frog, like the Damiki Air Frog https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Damiki_Air_Frogs_3pk/descpage-DAMF3.html?from=butv Topwater hollow body (walking) frog https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Hollow_Body_Frogs/catpage-HBF.html?from=butv

Question: I use a standard size frog but lately I’ve notice the fish are not to aggressive when the hit the frog would you suggest going down to a smaller size frog?
