  1. IF YOUR A CO ANGLER DO NOT SUBSCIBE TO THIS GUY. HE WANTS YOU OUT OF FISHING TOURNAMENTS. IF ANYTHING BOYCOTT HIM BEFORE HE RUINS IT FOR EVERYONE. IF YOU DO DRAW HIM GO TO THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR AND ASK FOR BOATER. I'VE ALREADY TOLD A TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR I'M NOT ENTERING A TOYOTA TOURNAMENT BECAUSE OF HIM. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.

  2. Forget about the what the other guys are doing. It won't do you any good to dwell on them and their techniques. Find something that works for you that is producing now. If you are catching dinks shallow and you know they are not on beds now, then go deeper and look for where the big fish are, instead of where you want them to be. If you get a day of the sun beating down, then make a pass shallow after it has warmed the shallows for a few hours. If however, there is no radiant heat attracting the fish shallow, then stay deep. Go where the fish are at the specific time and adjust with them as the conditions change. Best wishes and I hope you do well.

  3. Good luck see you at the weigh in. First day of practice blasted me 😂 found a little something around noon but might catch a limit worth 6 pounds. Just launched this morning. No livescope here. Grinding rock with shallow cranks.

  4. Big fish baits this winter (6.3/9.3/5.6/6.1) have all been lipless crankbait or single Colorado spinnerbait up shallow. Bank fishing at a small highly pressured very clear rocky fishery with surface temps in the high 40s. Jerkbait hasn't been getting bit for me much yet and fishing slow has been very bad up shallow.

  5. So why are you bank beaters complaining about the guys fishing offshore? Less fishermen and more shallow Bass for you.

I just ordered $75 worth of Bridgford from Walmart. Awesome stuff

  6. This is what I was hoping to hear. Got our season opener for our yak league March 8 on TR . I'm hoping there should be a good shallowish bite by then. I'm so looking forward to it.

  7. Pros always look for clear water but bass feel more secure in cloudy water they feel more protected from predators especially eagles. Thinking of your style of fishing catch your limit on jerk bait then use a wake bait. How to select size forget length a 8 inch bass can swallow a 10 inch worm so it not about length it’s lure height. If they can’t open their mouth big enough to the height of the lure they will not bite it. So a wake bait that is 5 inch long but 4 inch high will catch bigger fish then a jerk bait that’s 10 inch long but only one inch high. A bass has to eat 8lbs or more to gain one pound.
