  1. I own the magdraft free style and a bigger one. I generally dont throw big baits. Not enough time to fish for 1 good bite. I got to catch as many as i can.so i dont use big baits .i buy em,and thats it…..been doin good w jigs.and not a chatterbait. Finesse jig and chunk, and full size w beaver have been good prespawn for me. Water still 71 here. 1 more cold front should get em on beds, or more staging up on hard bottom or hvy cover. Go Steve 🎣 🍻

  2. Good job on the review. I would have reversed their Action scores, I liked the tight and higher frequency kick of the MegaBass. To me it looked more lke a fleeing baitfish. That surprised me.

  3. This seems like a preference deal. Whopper plopper vs Choppo kind of argument. Personally I would fish either one and it seems like the rate of fall might make more difference than anything and that just depends on what the fish want to see that day.

  4. The Megabass Magdraft is rolling more to one side because it's meant to be fished at a slower speed. Appears your reeling it in too fast and it's starting blow out. To keep it from blowing out with a faster retrieve weight the front to balance it out. I've been fishing the Magdraft since forever and it's a great lure. But based on the vid I see the potential in the Mageljohn, and it offers different things from the Magdraft and I'm already playing out those scenarios in my head lol.
