I’m from md but I fish down in wv a few times a year. I went to the greenbrier in early May last year and fished a week. Fished tons of juicy spots, but went back home with only like 10 dink’s over a 5 day period, with a few rock bass to add. I used the money baits. This past October i fished the Potomac and Shenandoah for a weekend in spots I know and checked out some new spots only to leave with 1 10 incher. Both of these times oppose the other times I fished here so much, where I’ve caught decent fish out of these rivers. I know fishing is fishing but these were several day trips with no luck and me throwing close to all the smallie baits I have. I smallie fish in eastern md, and have only experienced this like once. Any ideas or tips would be great, thank you
