  1. Going to hit a pond near you this evening Steve, and may throw some of these recommendations. Thanks! Btw, looks like you can't get into lake hammer anymore. They put up a fence! I was going to drag a kayak into there but had to change plans. 🙁

  2. Steve, just got back from my local tackle shop, Fin Feather and Fur. Picked up Bronzeye frogs, Missile Baby D Bombs, Poor Boys 4” tubes for stupid tube rigging. I’m in NE Oh. River and lake fishing. 🤣 Hope family is fine and Thomas is swimming well!

  3. Frog has been working, but plopper, popper or good wlakin bait has also worked…even in stianed water die to lots of rain. But, natural style minnow bait ( YoZuri ) /jerk-twitch bait has also been surprisingly also getting bites still. Ol Ned ofcourse amd thw spinner bait..
This would be the only time i could really do any cranking. River is up 3+ feet in a week & 1/2. So maybe 6-7 feet only though. Guess i need to find some ok ds and lakes for that technique.

  4. Love this channel. In the summer if I fish for Bass, it's early mornings mostly and evenings like 6 to 9 pm, because I dont like the heat. I fish from the bank and have access to a couple of docks as well. I will be using a large worm. Probably a 10-inch ribbon tailed worm, frogs, and whopper plopper. Stay safe out there. Awesome video by the way.

  5. Topwater walking pencil bait,Wacky rigged worm as a follow up for the top water misses, texas rigged 10" ribbon tail worm, swim jig/chatterbait slow rolling bottom.

  6. July for me in Massachusetts is a frog / walking bait ( depending on pond ) , wacky rig , Chatterbait or spinnerbait slow rolled towards the bottom . Texas rig or shaky head will definitely come in to play as well. 🍻

  7. Berkley Choppo, Bill Lewis Rat L Trap and pitching and flipping a Strike King Rage Bug. I think are going to do me best in Gloucester,Virginia on Beaverdam Reservoir.

  8. Nice video Steve, I like the choices you offer and believe that you'll catch fish with them. As far as a video by areas that is a great idea. I know it's more work but I think it will be worth it. Thanks for sharing.
