JT failed a polygraph Friday afternoon after his weigh in for the Bassmaster Elite Series for 2 rule violations. His whole tournament was disqualified. Why did this happen? Who gave him information?

Why not just get the card, and 3 months from now and give the guy a donation. But here is where I stand. Cheaters will always be cheaters. This is not mistakes blantant cheating and the majority of them network.
Waypoints were sold to see if JT would buy and then lie. Bassmaster set the trap and the rat took the cheese. DQ for 5 years minimum.

Been following Pro bass fishing for 25 years. There has never been this much drama. Is it Social Media, young guns trying for an advantage, old timers feeling the pressure. Would imagine this stuff has been going on for years we just didn't know about it. You are getting quite a following now. Keep up the good work.
Truth is that without FFS. Most of these rookies wouldn’t even qualify to be there in the first place. Black mark on what’s called a professional sport.
He should be fined all money he won this year, all points taken away, not allowed to fish the Classic next year, if he qualified, and placed on probation for 1 year. If he doesn't agree to any of it, then they should remove him from the Elite's for 3 years and make him requalify for the Elite's.

I'd say DQ for the tournament and removed from the Elites! And allowed to fish the Opens next year to try to requalify, but he'd have to do it without FFS! And take a mandatory very rigorous polygraph every tournament! And not the same polgrapher every time!
I'd say this brings up some serious issues for MLF. Is this official going to get in trouble for selling spots of a BPT angler? Wonder if Boyd will do anything about this?

Penalty should be stiff. The other thing to look into is he and Trey McKinney are roommates and fishing next to each other on day 1. Did they share the way point and should they both be under investigation.
I feel far more strongly about banning gps and automatic navigation of any sort from inland fishing tournaments than i do about having FFS removed.

Dead on!! MLF is a sinking ship and Duckett makes no bones about taking BASS down or out, which this clown should know, is never going to happen. JT should be banned from BASS. He knowingly and willfully cheated.
I’m obsessed with fishing and would love to create a YouTube channel to cover topics but there is no way I could be as straight as you. I appreciate your coverage. Others cover the subject and they take up for these rookies. Others are too harsh. You play the middle very well and you ask great questions. It’s always great to hear your perspective since you are able to graciously tell the story in a way that doesn’t make me as upset.
I don't watch the events or care anymore, until they ban FFS, and I have friends that fish the tours. If I'm gonna watch the backs of heads, it's not gonna be dudes.
This is hilarious a polygraph tests are faulty and isnt accurate the whole reason its not used in courts because it isnt a good tool to measure truth it measures measure a person's “heart rate/blood pressure, respiration, and skin conductivity and turns that into a truth or false flick on a paper, I think this is worse then Minority report whats next you guys gonna put 3 physics' in a pool and start disqualifying people from bassmasters next, did he admit to doing this because you could have the hiccups and that will give you a false positive on a polygraph. This is a joke to use this method, and then ban people for a polygraph test could be a little sweaty that day and fail a test ;, not a accurate tool at all.
