  1. When a person buys a bass boat thats half the cost of their home somebody has completely lost their mind. I know people like that and have personally pleaded with them to seek help through intervention and medication. All the rest I completely agree with you.

  2. These younger anglers have rich families that is contributing to their success. Never seen anyone do that good with little to no experience on lakes. Ffs is y fair to the common angler but you have to have some kind of knowledge to do that well. If you think so then believe Joe Biden tells the truth and is a good man😮😮😮😢😢

  3. You want MLF to get rid of Wheeler, Connell, Defoe, et. al. and just become a minor league? That makes as much sense as the Big Ten to get rid of major college football and just becoming Division II and letting the SEC be the only major college football. I don't understand.

  4. Paying to fish in a tournament doesn’t make these hacks “pros” Being a pro isn’t based on paying tournament fees like these hacks act. If I unplug your ffs unit I’m as good as any of you dingleberrys. I know because most of you are too afraid even to accept the challenge. I’m in CA if any want some

  6. Thank you for your insight. I remember 200.00 entry fees for the Invitationals. Those were the good old days. Great opportunity for someone to start a new organization with old school rules. I m ready, with a 1987 373V Bassmaster Classic edition Ranger sitting in my driveway.

  7. I started fishing the Red Man Tournament Trail in 1986. It was fun back then but that has gone away. It is a shame what has happened in fishing over the past few years. Limiting the size of the boat to 18' and 150 horsepower is going back to Ray Scott days and would not go over well at all.

  8. People haven’t experienced that simplicity that you have. I don’t even fish club events anymore. I don’t want to back to renting a row boat but it’s over the top for me anymore.

  9. I agree with all this Randy except 1 thing. A polygraph isn’t conclusive. It’s not admissible in court for a reason. A nervous innocent person can fail it and a bold faced liar can pass it

  10. Seems to me that cheating is a thing in certain segments of society. Winning at all cost is contagious like lying, bullying, and rudeness. It is what it is. It’s the new American way apparently.🤷🏻‍♂️ What’d ya gonna do?

  11. I think everyone needs to just fish and release when they catch them . There’s people that chew on fish !! I get that.. I’m a Smallmouth fisherman on the Skinny Rivers in Middle Tennessee . I don’t fish tournaments . I’ve got the opportunity to catch a Musky at anytime on a green pumpkin craw papi . While I’m bass fishing everyone is making it like a job . Fishing is Therapeutic for me !!

  12. Randy I may not agree with everything you say but if they are going to keep allowing FFS in professional bass fishing for the time being fine but for god sake there has a to be a limitation on gear to 2 graphs up front and 2 at the console or something because these setups are outrageous, unaffordable, and plain unnecessary

  13. You wanna see what’s wrong with pro fishing, check out Zaldain’s last couple of videos where he loses his shit on a local. These guys act like they’re curing cancer.

  14. So you say in one breath if it's legal per state and federal guidelines you should be able to do it to catch fish… Then in the next you come up with limitations on XY&Z ?? Wait… What? Camera's on all boats at all times would be enforcement of the rules better than threat of polygraph.. You do realize that only 1% of 1% regardless will ever fish at the level of a BASSMASTER Classic right? So I don't know what astounds me more that your preaching to an audience that is statistically irrelevant (cause that 1% of 1% is going to do it regardless of the obstacles or Randy B.'s thoughts on the matter) Or what you would do or not do if you owned either one of those entities? Start your own tournament trail. You have more power over that than whether or not BASS or MLF will change. You seem to advocate for a monopoly as these two entities have "watered" things down. Actually there should be more! Start your own tournament trail! The answer is more competition not less.. YES I WATCHED THE WHOLE VIDEO..

  15. Both organizations would lose money and in the end, a corporate person would not be making the "real" money. Follow the dollar! That is how you find the root of the problems. I actually like the idea of a more grassroots type of organization…

  16. That’s how it should be. I’m sure it’s not going to happen they turned it into a big money machine and there not going to stop. It’s sad to see like everything else in this world greed nobody cares about doing it right anymore as long as you’re making the money they will have a blind eye on what’s really right

  17. Let’s be honest, not many watched pro bass fishing in the “good ol days” either. Unless you’re an obsessed tournament angler, you’re probably not going to watch much

  18. Being called pro series there has to be separation, I like the stair step system to enter the elite stage and I believe there are a lot of weekend warriors that would qualify, make it fair and worth it without selling the working man out, it’s a perfect time to launch an alternative tournament trail to appeal to what B.A.S.S. Origins wanted to accomplish
