Not a big fan of every fish counts.
Yes, please do another one on the Elites! It should be interesting there on the Harris.
Could be a slug fest.
I'm definitely excited to watch it! I watched every day at Conroe and really liked the new format. Definitely learned a lot of new things. Conroe is similar to a lot of lakes I fish. It's a Texas lake but still over a 5 hour drive from me lol. Good chance I'll be going there in the future though for a tournament. I like the preview videos and would love to see more! Definitely looking forward to this tournament.
I hope this one is as good or even better than the last one. I like the southern tournaments and Florida usually shows out pretty good.
I caught a 6# 10 oz today on Eustis. Water has been 67-72 depending on time of day and location on the Chain. I’m excited to fish this week. MLF should be amazing with 50+ bass days.
Steve what days are they allowed to practice ? And what day is the off day ?
Many are thinking shell beds will be the ticket. Imo… i don’t think the shell beds will be as big a player. With water warming trends and mid 60’s called for daily temps, Im thinking staging fish and fish already shallow will be the ticket.
Regardless, its gonna be a slugfest.
Steve I think a weekly video or each stage would be an added bonus “video” since the new format has really taken a foot hold and many are praising it. May be just the ticket we as viewers could look forward too and what to expect.
Looking forward to riding as a boat official. The FFS period will be interesting to see how they figure it out. Then like you said the smaller buck fish will generate the numbers. Will find out Wednesday during training what the scorable weight is.
Hey Steve. Nice to have an update. But l already picked my MLF fantasy pro already
.
I believe the weather is going to be stable, so bass should be chewing.
I like that people are excited about pro fishing.
Tight lines.
Regards, Steven.
Thanks Steve for doing the show.

This was a good reminder for me to get my Fantasy Fishing picks in despite MLF deciding to gut the prizes they used to award their players for each tournament.
Every time I get a notification that you posted something , I get excited! I am looking forward to this one! Stage 1 was great and it got me hooked on the format. I know they caught so many fish and it was exciting, but the size fish they will catch in this stage is going to make it that much better! Looking forward to it! I hope you do these for every tournament, I think they are great. Thank you
Your sources and knowledge far exceed mine. I'm hearing that Carlton, the ledges, will be a big player this week. Also the cut from Dora to Beauclair (some old time locals may call it the "Betweeny River") should be holding fish at both mouths. I'm looking forward to it.
There will be some big fish and weights will be great, but Apopka won't play IMHO. Thanks for the details on what's going on down there.
Your pod cast is among my very favorites! I enjoy your open minded approach. Maybe more interviews with people like cherry who seems to be straight forward etc.
I hope MLF does the top 10 winners baits like bass master does at end of each tournament really helps keeping up on cutting edge hopefully you can find all this stuff out can’t wait for the next opens on rayburs starts in few days
