Knowing when to add just the right amount of flash or thump to your bait or presentation can really help get those difficult bites in summer. Bass fishing on cloudy days provides a great opportunity to add just a bit of flash or noise to your lures in order to attract those hungry fish! But you have to be careful not to overdo it, otherwise you might just scare those wary bass off! #fishing #bassfishing #fishingtips

Do you have a favorite secret bait that you go to on those cloudy days?
Right now the Yum Thump'N Dinger is killing it for me! Thanks for the inspiration Lowbrow. Great tips as always.
I'm doing good in general with the frittside 5
Cool video. Learned some tips. Thanks.
Awesome techniques. I need these lessons.
There are plenty of times I've lost one from horsing them too much. You would think I'd learn. Lol. Especially when it comes to smallmouth. I really love fishing on cloudy days. Really nice jerkbait fish!
Chatterbait is the 1st thing I throw every single time no matter season or weather
😂
I like the zoom swimming fluke jr or a 1/4oz buzzbait when its cloudy .i use the buzzbait when it is calm and the fluke when it gets windy texas rigging with a slip sinker(1/32 to 1/8) depending on how much wind there is and reeling it like a spinnerbait
I wonder if this applies to water with mostly dark colored forage? Are fish still attracted to that flash if what they eat are dull? I’ll have to try it out.
I've caught many fish on an old rebel minnow. They still work great for me. No need to get fancy with it.
I've caught hundreds of fish a a fluke. A weightless fluke is one of my top lures of all time. They work for so many different things.
The bite has been rough by me, but your tips have been helping me catch more fish so I'm getting rid of the skunk at least😅
I once made a last hail Mary cast and ended up catching my PB 8 lbs 2 ounces. I'll never forget it!
I have to admit that I never really thought about a jerkbait on summer until you kept talking about it. I've been catching a bunch of fish on one so I think you might have changed my mind!
