Bass Fishing with Wacky Rig. In this episode I try out the Wacky Rig Rings many anglers use when fishing wacky rigs. I did find it makes my worm last longer and will keep testing in the months to come. As always I always try out the new products on the market and give my thoughts. Watch as I catch a few 2-3 pound bass and let me know what you think.

if the whole purpose of this video was to try the rings, well after a day of fishing, you could have show the rings at the end of the video. for we could have seen if they held up.
Surprised he catches anything the way he sets the hook lol
Awesome largemouth dude! Just subbed, I’d appreciate it if you got me back. Tight lines!
Wacky rig fishing is one of my favorites to use. I always bring one when I go fishing.
I use 2 o rings and lap them and put the hook in the x. Get better hook sets and hook is always perpendicular to the worm.
I've never been able to catch one on a whacy rig
The o rings are great, I never use them but that's just cause I'm lazy
When using an O-ring you want to use a straight eye circle hook and a sweeping sideways hook set.. I have at least a 85% hook up ratio, and with the straight eye circle hook they can't spit the hook
I don't have the wacky rig tool but last night I caught 7 bass but I did loose a couple wacky worms but that's expected
I do use the wacky tool and it works great
I use a yamamoto senko with 2 o rings criss crossed and the hook 90 degrees to the bait.
Dont drag fish across the grass.
Nice video! 👍🏻
He said "makes the hook last longer" lol
HOOK
Love the videos, when i fish a wacky worm I find that I catch more fish on bait casting gear, I get better hook sets and catch more fish.
use a weedless hook for wacky rig weedless finesse hook
You really should not drag the fish through the grass. Just get a little closer to the pond. I hate to see that.
I like to use senkos on wacky rig. Both Yum Dingers and Gary Yamamotos senkos. Subscribe to my channel.
One of my favorite ways to fish! Nice channel!
His channel is GCR outdoors
Nice vid this kid made a video on him using a Neko rig.you should subscribe he will make more vids
When I use the wacky rig method I let the worm sit to the bottom and jerk the pole to make the worm look "active" works every time
Use 2 rings and put them in a x form and hook it through
Good video when I wacky rig I just pu the hook through the center mass and I rig it weightless using a 3 ought hook also check out my channel klipperts adventures and sub.
nice video can you check out my channel the name of it is michael braico
i use 2 rings. cross them and hook right below the "x". it seems the worms last a bit longer, they don't get torn up as easily.
great video, and what do you suggest me doing wacky or Texas in a pond?
+ Midwest Fishing Club Great! Can't wait to see it
I personally don't use the ring but would love to try it PS I love this vid and just subscribed
I use to O rings and overlap them to make an X them put the hook through the middle so your hook is facing out. It gets better hook ups and saves your worms.
Nice vid
Nice catches! And just curious, what part of the Midwest do you live/ fish in?
