If your gopro's are having issues with the sd card you most likely are running one that cant keep up with the write speed of the camera. I used the Sandisc Ultra's and had issues all the time. Turns out I needed to run the Sandisc extreme, or the Lexar 633X. I went with the Sandisc Extreme, and havent had a single issue since.
