After the heat wave we endured earlier in the week with temps in the mid 90s and Thunderstorms every afternoon that kept me from getting out, I am back on one of my close-by local ponds to get in a couple hours of fishing before more Thunderstorms that will be moving in around 2:00 hit. According to the forecast these severe storms have the potential for producing Tornados !
The fishing was not great but I managed to land a few decent fish and that’s always fun.
