Bass Fishing With Texas Rigs When It's HOT HOT!!

Today I am bass fishing with Texas Rigs when it’s HOT out!! My lure of choice today is a Baby Brush Hog creature bait on a 3/0 hook. I start out fishing at Skeletor Park and manage to catch 2 largemouth bass. Neither of them are very large, so I decide to try the Lucky Unlucky spot. Its here that I catch the biggest bass of the day coming in close to one pound. I even catch bass number four, but it didn’t have much size to it. If you want to try bass fishing when its hot here is a tip on how to do it: Try a small Texas Rig with a lure like a Baby Brush Hog, just might be what the bass are looking for. #fishing #realistic

  1. Alex , you made my evening complete , so glad you are braving te heat to catch fish . I am old school and fish with the old pistol grip rods and a 30+ year old bantom reel and a new shakespear agility reel from walmart . The pistol grip rods are hard to find these days – forced to go to bass pro shop to find them . Keep up the very realistic fishing channel .

  7. Another great show Alex, 1/4 pounder to a pounder๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘. I've started binge watching from the first show, and I am up to 5 years ago. I have learned so much already from you, great tips and techniques. Can't wait to learn more, Never really bass fished in my 50 years of fishing till recently and I am excited to take what I have learned from you and apply it. Thanks again rich

  8. Super great catches Alex!! It's truly nice to see you catching some great bass on a hot summer day. I've caught a few quarter pounders and one pounders recently. Seems the bigger fish have been hiding in deeper water. Hopefully we can get some rain to help coax them closer to the bank. Thank you for always keeping it realistic!

  9. I swear some people are just trying to prove they are lazier than everyone else. Thanks for cleaning up your fishing area as usual; I wish you didn't have to. Fun little bass to warm you up with a few better ones by the end. Sometimes, a change in scenery is just what the fisherman ordered.
