Bass Fishing With POWERBAIT Swimbait & MORE LURES To Try This Summer!

Today I’m bass fishing with a PowerBait Swimbait that was sent in by a subscriber. I also unbox more lures to try this summer! The Berkley Powerbait Swimbait is a pre-rigged swimbait. It comes with the hook straight out of the package. I fish it near the dock, and at the edge of the trees. I make my way into the woods, and fish under the trees and finally catch one! I think the is my first largemouth bass caught on a Powerbait swimbait! Thanks again to all of the subscribers who send something to the show. I love unboxing lures and trying to catch fish on them! #realistic #fishing

  1. So watching this video I figured I really don’t know crap about all the different plastics. Looked for a tutorial and found someone I immediately liked. TylersReelFishing. Like you he doesn’t seem so pretentious. People like you guys will always win out with the fans who have common sense and are not trying to be the “coolest” fisherman out there. You will always be my 1st go to, by far my favorite but thought you might like this guy yourself. Learned something from him by watching you of course. KIR!!!!

  2. Always good when you catch a bass and then hit the lure motherlode brother! Keep up the awesome work, always a pleasure to check in and watch when I can. 🍻

  3. I am a big fan of soft plastics. Besides the fact they reliably catch fish, I prefer single hook lures in a weedless configuration (Texas rig). Treble hooks tend to catch a lot more snags than fish. The white lures you called frogs are probably toads and are awesome fish getters. Good video.🎣🐟🐟🐟

  4. Nice bass, I virtually have zero confidence fishing with a swimbait like that, it's like bad luck for me so I'm surprised you caught one. Glad man.
I went to the dam today to crappie fish and caught a small spotted bass along with catfishing, three nice sized bluecats. Congrats on the stuff, I may one day send one myself to show you what baits I use and such, and if you catfish again, pre-rig you a three way rig I customized my style on what I use to catch catfish. Either way love it, and hope there's more on the way. 👍

  5. Such a wonderful video Alex!! Great bass on the powerbait swim bait!! And such wonderful subscriber mail!!! I definitely would say that the channel has some pretty AWESOME subscribers!!! As always, thank you for always keeping it realistic!! 🎣

  6. I have that exact color revolver works so good that whenever I finally broke it from throwing it into the rocks learning how to use a bait. Caster I bought another one they're actually really good top water. It's got a slightly different action than a wiper plopper and caught me lots of nice fish

  7. Hell yeah!! Realistic fishing always coming in and making a crappy evening turn into a good evening! Always enjoy your videos and always keeping it realistic!

  8. Alex, the blue reel i think is model of a popular catfish reel… i don't think u will enjoy casting bass baits with it. We can to catfishing on TN River some day if u wana try it.. Cumberland river is not short on catfish either but is such a bees nest in the summer..
