  1. Jacki I'm so glad you are going to get hooked up to Lewis. That is awesome and I don't know why I like him so much but I think he is a great addition to your channel. Keep the videos coming I love them.

  2. I have a paddle for my kayak!!! It's just right, like baby bears porridge!! I'm not up the creek without a paddle!!! So, maybe this summer I'll get to fish some!!! I've been waiting patiently for a video from you guys!!! Awesome!!! The new Mercuries look really good!!! By the way!!! 👍!!!

  3. Very nice video and I know that it may have been different for you, but I really liked it because it gave us insite to what your day is like. I know that I really can't talk about boats because I've never owned one, but I've been on quite a few of my friends boats and there's not a lot of them getting Yamahas and Suzuki's just because I'm out here on the Colorado river near the Nevada and California borders. Most guys are getting either a Merc or Evinrude, but most of the Merc's are inboard with the outdrives. Not to many people use inboards with a jet pump because we just have way to much hydrila and most of the time the inlet screens get plugged and only a few are daring enough to run them without the screens. Anyway if you ever are out West I hope you do a meet-n-greet. Peace out from Arizona ✌️

  4. Neat bass video. To outboards now. Impressed with the Honda love. I was raised OMC. The Ski-DoDo people screwed them up. Right now as I see it across 200-350hp class.
Yamaha,Suzuki, Merc, Honda. Mercury R/D is huge there is no reason for Mercury to have any competition but they do. Can I say something good about Mercury yes. The late 90s to 2004 2 stroke 25 tiller a sweet little engine. Worst I’ve seen from Mercury 2014-2021 40-60hp fuel pumps trim n tilt to things that go. The trim and tilt across the board I hear Mercury still has issues. If merc built all there engines like that 25hp from the late 90s there would be no competition.

  5. Hey ya’ll, I grew up with Johnson and Evinrude but my career in the Coast Guard exposed me to everything except Mercury. I was a Boatswains Mate and drove many sizes and styles of boats but I was most impressed with the twin Honda 225 we had on the 25’ safe boat. They would get majorly abused while doing tactical maneuvers. Everything was done at full throttle and trimmed all the way down. Full ahead to neutral to full reverse in just a couple seconds then back on it. In these times you have to do what you have to do so enjoy and best of luck with the Merc. Love your channel, I love on a fresh water lake now and catch rainbows. Look me up if you come to Washington.

  6. I've never owned anything but Mercury motors, I've definitely had my ups and downs with them but the last 10 years or so I've been putting 2,000 or so trouble free hours on the Verados before repowering while I could sell the old ones for reasonable amount. My new rig was just delivered with the new V8 powerplants and I love the torque and performance so far. In my humble opinion you should be the motor that has the best service and parts network in your area. I'm out of Grand Isle and Madisonville but purchase in the Baton Rouge area.

  7. My second favorite thing about you (my first is just seeing you), is that you show washing your hands after catching a fish. I follow a lot of other fishing channels and am appalled when they just wipe their hands on their pants, especially slimy fish. Thx 💕

  8. Currently have a Suzuki DF 115 on my Panga. Good on fuel and has been reliable. I know the first years of the Verados there were issues now I know several people with 1500+ hrs on them. A friend has had 2 HydraSports on the 33 it had triple Yamaha F250's and on the 42 qaud 300 Verados then repowered to 350's after the motors were 8 years old and the 350's were no longer Racing Mercs. Both the Yamaha and Mercs had one lower unit go out. The Yamahas had one fuel pump and the Merc had one pin coil go out. Those boats ran overnight trips most of the time with motors running the whole trip.

  9. You both caught nice Bass 👍🏻 personally I never owned a big boat like you to have – only a little one so I don't really know that much about motors. Hope everything goes well with the new Mercury though.

  10. I have a blackberry jam recipe but it's too long to post here. However mix up your favorite pancake batter and throw blackberries in it I like it better than blueberry pancakes. Blackberries are also excellent on your favorite cold cereal and hot cereal like cream of wheat oh my God so delicious! They're also amazing on good vanilla ice cream!

  11. Hey beautiful Jackie a nother great and awesome videos on your channel u are so gorgeous women who make the best content keep up the great work and keep looking beautiful you definitely my favorite Youtuber

  12. See heres the thing ,if you're going to spend money on a boat engine you should spend money on the most reliable and Evinrude is the best. best whole shot ,best power to weight ratio. Feul econ.. customer satisfaction… You line up that Evinrude against any other motor it sounds better it's faster much lighter. Definitely more expensive but it's like buying a Mercedes… Or a Peterbilt… You just don't know until you own one. Worth every penny do you really want a boat engine that you have to run easy that's like saying I want a dirt bike that won't do wheelies or tractor trailer that won't tow anything. And if you talk to a person who owns a Peterbilt truck he won't even acknowledge that other trucks exist…. Same with the Evinrude guys there is no other boat engine. Me personally opinions vary my biggest problem with Yamaha is drivetrain issues.
