For me, the TOUGHEST lake in california is hands down Folsom Lake. You never know what to expect. sometimes it’s on fire, and the bass fishing is great! other times, it seems like there’s no bass in the whole lake. I feel pretty comfortable with most other lakes in california, but folsom lake gives me trouble sometimes. The Fishing can be challenging.
