Can you do this around houseboats because at my local lakes you can't fish off or within 100 feet of the docks.

did i just see him pitch a spinnerbait? Duh i do it all the time!
i use top water frogs on weedbeds and catch big 6 pound bass
@SDdan4 If going for bass, I always have luck fishing the cover like weedbeds, submerged timber and, if there are no people on it, the docks. Most people don't like it if you throw a rapala or a daredevil within inches of their head.
