I like sage, always did petty good. There is another lake near by sage that is better in my opinion for bass and gills
Was looking into that lake for a small lot or or cheap cabin but nothing cheap and is all HOA and I guess that money is used on the lake so maybe it gets stocked I'm not sure and thought it was private but you got out there ! What do you know know and or what's your opinion on all that ?
