Bass Fishing On A Paddleboard With A Swimbait

I was fishing on my inflatable paddleboard throwing a Working Class Zero Citizen 6″ swimbait on a Dobyns Champion 908 rod with a Daiwa Zillion HD reel on 25lb line. The 9ft rod helps me set the hook on the 6/0 Owner Beast hook. when you set the hook on a paddlebpard you lose leverage setting the hook since you get pulled towards the fish. You can still feel the sensitivty on the rod as I was swimming it thru dying weeds. The last fish was caught on a chatterbait using a moderate action H2O rod.
