Bass fishing Mather lake, didn’t expect this bite !

I started my morning at Mather Lake chasing a top water bite, but as the sun came up, I had to adjust my strategy. After switching to a Z-man MiniMax chatter bait, I found a a few fish, including a surprise species and a quality large mouth to end the day!
