I have loved every kastking product I have bought, I have the Royale legend their Spartacus and fortis line, I love all of those, however, My kastking speed demon broke, the drag is not working, whenever I put tension on the line it makes the handle spin backwards. I would like to know if I could have help figuring this problem out, I have heard kastking has awesome customer service
