Bass fishing for bigguns! | Kayak bass fishing!

Caught six or so tiny fish on a plopper but the big bass were not hitting topwater during the first few hours, so I switched to a jig and started pulling ’em in.

First big fish had a dead goose floating in the water nearby. There were no obvious signs that it had died by human hands (no shotgun wounds, tangled line, lure holding mouth closed, etc.) but you never know. I suspect bird flu.

Jig fish were caught on a hand made Poison Swingtail Do-it 1/4 oz jig with multicolored skirt and a twin-tailed beaver I created as a trailer.
