  1. Would a video, or a link to a video be possible if I missed it where you explain what to throw, how to rig it, how to work it what lure or jig for what situation like I'm in kindergarten? All I've ever done before is worm fishing and I'm not really sure what to get where to start. I've tried some stuff with no success for bass and crappie

  2. I have an idea for modifying lunkerhunt frogs, swap the hooks! If you have an old frog with wide hooks, take them out and put them in the lunkerhunts! Sadly I haven’t tried it out, but hopefully it will work. (Without changing the legs, by supergluing the legs to the body.) I hope it’s not the worst idea ever🙏🏻😉!

  3. I'm aware this is an old video. I decided to participate anyway. I have a few top water frog lures and have used them but haven't ever caught anything on them. I don't think it's my technique with them I fish the same kind of vegitation, lily pads, I've tried them around trees that are half submerged and half out of the water…not even one catch in the last 4 years with a frog. So I use them as practice lures (getting used to a bait caster) and randomly on dead days. They're definitely not my go-to lure but I do like them a lot. I dislike getting snagged. Those frogs are great because they almost never get snagged anywhere.

  4. I noticed I have a lot of fish try to hit my frog and miss it even when I stop and let it sit for a second I thought I was working it to fast and slowed it down and they still miss it often maybe it's just in to thick of vegetation I'm not sure. But! I have 1 trimmed frog and 1 stock and dont notice a difference in them as far as fish interest

  5. I watched part one, and now this one.. informative and Hilarious!!!!!

"If they didn't see alllllllllllllllllllllll this breaded front"

I'm Subscribed and belled! Can't wait for more!!!!!!! (digging throoooooooooooough video archives now!)

  6. Hey DEBO, here in scandinavia we use frogs for pike fishing in the summer, and youre right about the punctures BUT no need to retire kermit… the holes are an easy fix with a heated knife or a straight paperclip (what i use)

  7. I tried frogging with fluorocarbon (noob here) and it didn’t work…I realized that stretchy line and frogging is a terrible idea. I’m excited to get out with your suggestions. Thanks brother!

  8. I did exactly the same thing you did with those frog legs…I pulled the legs off and put frilly strands of nylon. Except I glued them in and plugged the holes so the frog didn’t fill up with water.

  9. Thank god I actually stood up and didn’t sleep bc I needed this video I can’t stand my LH frog bc of the legs Iv had this leg idea in my head for like a week and I haven’t done it yet I till tmm

  10. Man I was frogging yesterday with zoom horny toads. Ever fished with them? I later realized that most guys are using screw lock hooks, where I’m just using an extra wide gap offset hook. The hook up ratio is horrible, so I’m hoping that either the screw lock, or maybe one of the double hooks will help. I’ve never used the lunker hunt frogs much, but you bring up some excellent points about hook up ratio with frogs, and how to modify them. Any other tips you have for the zoom horny toads?
