Bass Fishing – Crushing It at the Spillway! (Extremely Lucky)

This was my first bass fishing trip to the spillway in 2018, and it was a huge success! The spillway was under heavy construction with both banks dug out, which allowed me to fish the bank where I am usually unable to fish. Using my favorite spillway lure, a 1.25 oz Bomber Super Pogy lipless crankbait, I caught two big bass. The biggest bass was barely hooked in the tail. I was extremely lucky to be able to land this big fish and capture the experience on video.

They do it to stun baitfish when their feeding on a school catfish do it as well probable stumbled on a feeding frenzy and just picked off a couple in a group moving through if you were in a boat u could spoon them when their on bait like that and youll catch alot by the tail.
