I grew up on that lake, and yeah—it's always been known for hybrids.
We used to catch them with large feather jigs pulled behind chugging corks.

This video takes me back to before the dam was built, I would go fishing with my Dad in the many ponds in the area. We would always have a great time, plenty of fish. I can hardly wait to go fishing in the lake.
